Growing up in the 80's I was immersed in Hip Hop culture well before the madness started (the internet) we had our skateboards, BMX's and Boomboxes, Graffiti was everypart of the culture.

 

Inspired by the book Subway Art, fasinated by the beautiful photos of New York Subway trains covered in amazing Grafitti Artwork, I spent hours pouring over the glossy pages and would often try to copy the designs or write my own tag but never felt I was any good in comparrison to these amazingly talented artists, I became a fan of Graffiti rather than an Artist, sadly the story ended there.

Fast forward 30+ years I started painting... the desire of creativity was still buried deep within, following the fairly sudden death of my Mother in 2024 which gave me the fuel to spark the creative fire once again.
